Amphetamine Levels "high" In Urine Drug Screen

I am being investigated by a Chief Medical Examiner that works for the company that I am seeking employment with for my urine drug test. I take Adderal 30mg 2x daily. She said something about my levels being "high" and showing up at levels around 30,000. I have no idea what this means. I also take Claritan D (I thought I'd mention that since I saw some other posts say how that may show up as a positive for amphetamines). Cam anyone please tell me what that "30, 000 level" means and if that is high, what os normal? Lastly, could there be a logical explanation if it is showing at a level that's unreasonable?

I was just contacted by the doctor from the drug testing lab regarding my test for a new position. Like you, I am prescribed 60 mg of Adderall a day---two 30 mg pills, which I usually stagger throughout the day by taking a half or a quarter. I was also told my levels were "high" for the amount prescribed and that my "levels" were around 30,000. I was completely dumbfounded when the doctor asked me if I felt I was abusing Adderall. I have never experimented with drugs at any point in my life and was a married woman of 25 when I was prescribed Adderall. I told the doctor that I had probably taken a half of a pill a little while before the test and that it was probably a particularly concentrated sample as I had been anticipating this test for a while, but hadn't had a lot to drink as I didn't want to be unbearably uncomfortable. He said that this could have contributed to the high levels...however, his tone made me feel like I was a criminal making excuses.
