Amox Tr K Clv 875 125 Mg Tab-chest Pain

I have been taking it for 5 days to cure my ear infection. I started having upper chest pain and it's not sharp nor consistent. Do I need to worry about it? Two more days to go.

According to an article on Livestrong.com, it sounds like you may be having an allergic reaction to the medication. Quoted below is the information I could gather on chest pain:

"Infrequently, patients taking Amoxicillin Trihydrate, Clavulanate Potassium (Amox Tr K Clv) can develop a severe allergic reaction to this medication. Allergic reaction side effects can become life-threatening and include breathing difficulties, chest pain, dizziness, headache, hives or heartbeat abnormalities. A patient who develops any of these allergic reaction side effects after taking amoxicillin requires immediate emergency medical care."

This information is not to scare you, but based on your description I would still encourage you to contact your doctor about this side effect to at least be on the safe side.
