What does the plus sign and Tab Amne mean?

I am on Asomex D for high BP which is quite expensive. Is there another cheaper medicine with the same ingredients ?
The plus sign is just there to show that the Tab Amne is additional information. Tab means it's a tablet and Amne is an abbreviation for the manufacturer Amneal.

Is there anything else I can help with?
