Alzam For Servere Anxiety For Flying

I have a severe anxiety for flying Urbanol did not work to keep me calm, Dr prescribed 0.5mg Alzam for me to take an hour before I get on the plane. will this work for my anxiety? Is an hour before the flight enough time or to much time....
