Alternative To D Rise

I was prescribed d-rise sachet to be taken 1ce a week but can't find it anywhere since I came back to Nigeria. Is there an alternative drug I can buy? Or a generic name I can use to find it at the pharmacy?

The active ingredient in it is Cholecalciferol, which is a nutritional supplement, it's a form of Vitamin D.

Oh ok thank u. I've read up on cholcalciferol being a form of vitamin D. I'll mention that next time I go to the pharmacy. Not sure about what amount I should be taking though if I'm to take an alternative. Any idea what ui/iu(not sure of the unit) of vit D3 is in d-rise sachet? Thanks a lot.
