Alternative Sleep Aid
UpdatedFor the past few months I've been taking CBD a few hours before bed and its been helping my insomnia significantly. They work really nicely for helping me fall asleep and stay asleep. In addition to helping with my sleep, its helped me with my anxiety. One of the best things I noticed about CBD compared to traditional sleeping meds is that I wake up not feeling groggy or drowsy. If you want to get off those strong and addictive sleeping pills I recommended trying CBD oil.
