Alprax 10 Cause Muscle Cramps And Severe Headaches?

I am having headaches and sleeplessness. My doctor advised me to take Alprax 10 since 2002. I am taking weekly twice or three times, if I stop I get severe headaches at temple muscles and no sleep. Is this symptoms of depression and anxiety? Now I have severe muscle twitches / contractions, involuntary movements. Is this from Alprax 10?
