I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THIS CONTAINS ## If that's what is listed on the label or prescribing information, then it is most likely that it contained the active ingredient Promethazine in a dosage of 6.25mgs per teaspoon (5mls). Promethazine is an antihistamine that's used to treat allergies, nausea and as a sedative, its side effects are usually related to that and may include dizziness, drowsiness and sedation. this is a prescription I once had. Clear yellow capulse. ## That tells us nothing. Need to know more information, are there any markings on them? ## There are no markings on the small capsule I described for Cough. It worked fantastic. The Dr. who prescribed has died. No one else seems to know what it could be. ## Actually, I think I do know, it is a small, orange or brownish colored gel capsule thing, very tiny with liquid inside. My husband had them awhile ago, it is actually a type of anesthetic that works by numbing to supress your cough. I am hunting for my bottle for the name, as soon as I find it, I will post the name. There is a marking on these, however, it is too tiny to see without a magnifying glass. I remember when my husband got his, and I looked it up for side-effects, I ...

Where can I obtain some Dexbrompheniramine or Drixoral? ## The manufacturer "merck pharmaceuticals" posted on their webpage, the following information regarding Drixoral: "We are no longer manufacturing Drixoral Cold and Allergy in the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and can offer the following alternatives: CLARITIN D-12 CLARITIN D-24 Questions or Comments: 1-800-317-2165" With that said, you may have to end up turning towards various Canadian pharmacies to obtain some Drixoral. My seven-year-old son recently experienced acute stomach pain, accompanied by rashes on his legs, which led us to admit him to a hospital. Prior to this, he had vomited a few times but did not have a fever. He managed to pass stool after being given an enema before his hospital admission. The diagnostic results from an ultrasound indicated mesenteric lymphadenitis. On the first day, in the evening, they administered a Taxim IV injection of 500mg thrice a day. They also gave him an Avil 1ml IV injection, which caused the rashes to disappear within four hours. However, by the next day (the second day), we noticed that these rashes had reappeared all over his body, including his face. The doctor was unsure why they returned and could not explain why the rashes did not recede after the seco...
