can i take more than 180 mg of fexofenadine my eyes are swollen and my throat is drying up i have an epi pen but am not sure when to use it ## Hello, Betty! How are you? The epi pen should be used when you have trouble breathing and you may feel like you are going to lose consciousness, or your family should know to use it, if you lose consciousness and can't communicate with them. As to the Fexofenadine, while it can be taken in higher doses, it will not usually help fast enough, if you are having a severe anaphylactic reaction. In such cases, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or your epi pen are the best choices, unless your doctor instructs otherwise, because they work much faster and could save your ...

Unless it is accompanied with hives, itching and/or swelling, it is nothing to worry about and will eventually go away on its own. You may also experi...

I have been using Dextromethorphan 60mg Sr/ER for pain management. I was prescribed this medication, which is made in a compounding pharmacy by a doctor in California who is actively involved with the NIH(National Institute of Health. This pain management doctor uses off label medications, but is light years ahead of the traditional pain management doctor, who goes through their steps of the various epidural, nerve blocks, a multitude of other treatment that all the other pain management physicians practice, all the way up to a spinal cord stimulator or pump. I tried all of those treatments and was told no treatment remains, other than heavy narcotics, which do not work in the slightest for me. I heard about this doctor through my brother as I was in the hospital on a dialaudid drip for...

round, red, small, coated pill with the number 251 on one side, other side is blank ## This tablet contains 30mgs of Pseudoephedrine, a generic for Sudafed. This is a decongestant. ## I did a search on iPhone program and it said this is Nortriptyline, 35 mg. ## Thank you for all the help but we have neither of those meds in our house. I am wondering if it is something called Uricalm, which is a pill for bladder and urinary tract pain, and it is more a reddish orange than true red. It is a bit new on the market and sold at Walmart, also they are changing to a different dosage so maybe this pill wasn't around long enough to be identified. I will keep looking and double check the numbers on the pill. ## I receivd an Email asking if this was resolvèd for me. It was not so i threw t...

please help. my 5 month old baby was found to have chlorpheniramine in her blood and urine. Never has she been given anything that contains this. I am now being accused of deliberately administering it to her. Are there any drugs that would give the positives readings as she has been very sick and prescribed many other drugs. ## Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine and isn't something that's included on most lab work. Are you sure that's what they said turned up? It's typical side effects, as listed by the FDA, are usually nothing more than dizziness, drowsiness and dry mouth. What medications has she been on? Can you please post back with more information? The details might enable me to help you more.

Is the extra strength Benadryl for sinus relief crushable for a food peg? ## Hello, Judy! How are you? It would be best to check with the person's doctor to be sure, because some things aren't safe to use, but there is no master list we can refer to. The FDA lists the typical side effects of Benadryl as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and drowsiness. Additionally, Benadryl is only effective at treating allergy symptoms, so if the sinus issue is due to something else, such as a cold, it will not help. Is there anything else I can help with?
