What is ProAir HFA (albuterol sulfate) used for? ## Albuterol inhalers are used to respiratory problems, such as asthma, and COPD. It helps widen the airways to make breathing easier. Its typical side effects may include dizziness, dry mouth, headache, elevated heart rate, and elevated blood pressure. ## Has anyone noticed a difference between ProAir name brand & Albuterol generic both made by Teva? The generic doesn't seem to work as well for me.

I was just researching Drixoral availability (I'm suffering without it like all of you!) when I discovered that Merck is on Twitter under the name @merck -- Merck bought Schering-Plough sometime in the past couple of years. The same old "we're changing manufacturing blah blah blah" notice is still up on the site from like 4 years ago. Merck is on Facebook too but I didn't investigate that. I say we round up everyone we know who is suffering without Drixoral and start pestering Merck's Twitter and/or Facebook accounts to get some answers. We've been waiting for YEARS now! ## I'm sorry for those that are suffering and miserable without it, however, at this time, whether you flood their accounts with requests or not, they aren't likely to bring the produ...

Sir i take these 2 tablets since 3 year. Now i stop to take this. So please tell me what is the side effect of it. ## Withdrawal symptoms are probably going to be very different for everyone, so I can only speak based on gathered research: There have been reported cases of psychotic syndrome after withdrawal of Cyproheptadine (Ciplactin), so I would suggest tapering off this one as opposed to just stopping it completely after all those years. I would also strongly recommend taking your time tapering off of Dexamethasone (Dexona) or you could have some very unpleasant withdrawal symptoms. I don't know the specific details of what one might come to expect, but I'd imagine it to be similar to the list of side effects for each medication. Learn More: Dexamethasone Details Cyprohepta...

What is this pill? ## I have looked everywhere for information about a white oblong pill that has the impressions of ph 073 on it. No other markings. Pill identifier has no listing nor does poison control. Any assistance is much appreciated. ## Is it possibly PH 063? We have discovered that tablet to be 400mgs of Guaifenesin, a generic or store brand of Mucinex. If it really is PH 073, then it is also more than likely an oTC item, which would explain why it's not in any databases and also why poison control didn't know what it is. OTC items are not required to have their markings logged by the government. You can see several threads about the one with the PH 063 marking here: It is highly possible that this is the same substance, but in a different dosage. ## This pill PH 063 is...

Interested in hearing about side effects. I have had hip and leg pain after 3 days of taking Astepro. When I stopped the Astepro, the pain disappeared in 2 days. ## It would be a good idea to stop taking it. Find a doctor who prescribes opioids for pain, not someone who gives you ineffective meds just so that you don't potentially become dependent. Just my opinion. ## I took Astepro just one time. My nose was all stuffed up, around my eyes felt swelled up. I had really bad lines forming in my laugh lines. My nose remained stuffed up for about 5 more days after using one spray in each nostril. I could still breath thru my nose though. Most of my taste was gone. Now one corner of my mouth has something wrong with it. It feels like a split but there's no split and it feels really t...

My fiancée, who is in the Philippines, has contracted the flu and is taking Neozep and Solmux simultaneously, but these medications haven't helped relieve her flu symptoms. Any suggestions, please? ## NeozepForte is an over-the-counter medicine (containing Phenylephrine HCL + Chlorphenamine Maleate + Paracetamol) indicated for use in providing relief from both colds and cold symptoms. Solmux contains Carbocisteine which is used for the treatment of cough with phlegm and other respiratory tract disorders such as acute bronchitis. Based on my research, the two medications have their own unique mechanism of action in so far as how they work and their specific uses. While I personally don’t see an issue with taking the two together, it’s still probably best to play it s...

The weight gain is a side effect from long-term use, but it is generally not permanent and one will usually lose the weight, once they stop taking it. When I get hives the best medicine is Hisminal. zyrtec sucks and the other ones don't work that well either.
