If the marry kay serum is what caused it, then it only makes sense to consider switching to another brand with either less ingredients or with different more natural ingredients all-together. As far as treating the skin irritations, I'd suggest lavender essential oil. It works really well for that burning sensation you mentioned, as well as for any inflammation...
