I use a new marry Kay night serum now one side. of my face is all red and wellped up. it stings like it's on fire and is itchy and sensitive to touch. benadryl and hydrocortisone cream aren't. working if you have any suggestions I would realty appreciate it.

With the stinging, it seems like it may have caused some skin burning and, if that is the case, then no, the creams you're trying won't help, because they are intended to treat straight allergic reactions.
Have you tried anything like an aloe vera cream, or something intended to treat sunburn?

Infection is a big concern, if it burned the skin as I suspect, thus I strongly encourage you to see a doctor, as you may need an antibiotic.
