Allergic Reactions To Codeine Vs Morphine

If my scalp became itchy and I developed a small rash on my face from a Tylenol-4, can I take a 15 mg er morphine and not have the same scary reaction?

The FDA warns that these medications also carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
