To achieve results from anything it really depends on how realistic your goals are. What type of results are you expecting from this vitamin, mineral and antioxidant supplement?

Alcachofa anpolletas (artichoke) is just an extract supplement from what I can tell. The capsules for this diet contain common ingredients that can be found in 90% of multivitamins (and just about all fruits and veggies); excluding the Apple Cider vinegar, and Eucalyptus Oil depending on the supplement you purchased. My point is that you really don't need this supplement if you're eating a good amount of fruits and vegetables, since most of this supplement's ingredients are derived from fruits and vegetables (or just artichoke).
