I had a nasal turbinate reduction surgery two weeks ago. After that, I developed shortness of breath and found blood oxygen level fluctuating between 81-98 per oximeter. Whenever it hit below 90, I wake up from the sleep at night. I have been taking blood pressure medicine Benecar 20mg/ Amlodipine 5mg/ Hydroclorot 12.5mg for years. I also took Cephalexin 500mg two times a day for 8 days after the surgery. Any clue on why this is happening ?

Have you ever had a sleep study done? You might be experiencing sleep apnea. According to NIH reports, it can cause these types of symptoms.
Is there some reason you are checking your blood oxygen level regularly? If so, your doctor might suspect such an issue, since this is not a normal thing usually done.
Do you have high blood pressure, or a cardiac condition?
