Adverse Effects Of Adipex Abuse...od?

My friend just administered five 30 mg adipex....first they did one and didn't feel it...then another, then another, still not what they thought it'd be...so they took 2 at one time and shortly after was ready for bed....then they had 2 more because they thought it didn't give the desired results....very rapid heart beat...sweating....trouble getting a deep breath.....vomiting...hurt all over... So that's 210 mg of adipex 30mg each.....after vomiting and trying to calm them down..they are now sleeping....I'm afraid to go to sleep because I'm afraid they may stop breathing.

Yes, you do have good reason to be concerned.

The FDA classifies Adipex as a stimulant, so along with the risk of being habit forming, an overdose could cause some potentially dangerous effects, such as heart attack or stroke.

Is it prescribed for them by their doctor? One should never exceed the dosing instructions.
