I am a 33 year old physically healthy woman. I need to get my sex drive back I’m at a point where I don’t like myself anymore and that I don’t feel good enough for my partner.

I have been on Cilift for the last 6years i also take azor 0.5mg. Daily my sex drive has completely vanished! I don’t feel like a woman anymore. i used to have a very active sex drive and enjoyed sex allot. I was usually the one that initiated it all and if i had my way i will do all the work i want to feel like a woman again. I cannot remember when last I had a orgasm and I hate myself for feeling like this. I suffer from high blood pressure as well. a doctor told me once that I suffer from long term depression because I have had many traumatic experiences in my life. (can’t remember what he called it) he urged me never to leave my meds because I can become suicidal again.

I think in the last 2 years I have completely lost my sexuality and I don’t know why. According to my doctor I HAVE to be on my meds. I feel good when I’m on them. I’m also not sure if I might have bipolar, sometimes I think I do. (Im not qualified to make the conclusion)

I have also been on the (injection) contrastive for about 4 years (deca). I have now stopped this early in January 2010. But I still have not had my period.

Do I have to except the way I am as a woman, the way I feel now or can I do something about it? I have the sweetest partner and he never complains. But when I have intercourse with him sometimes…. I don’t enjoy it at all.

i will be ever so greatful if someone can help me.

regards
Dorianne
