Is there something i can take or do to get the adderall out of my system by tomorrow? ## Took 30mg. Of Adderall some days I took 30mg and another half and overall I mostly just took 30 mg a day for about 5 days so I have to take an in depth urine drug screen so how long will it stay in my urine? I drink apple cider vinegar mixed with water at least 1 to 2 times a day. This is Sunday and yesterday I only took a quarter of a 30mg tab so how long will it take to be out of my urine? By the way I have a urine drug screen tomorrow early afternoon. Catgirl ## I need to get 10 mg of Adderall out of my urine or I'm going to jail. I've been on Sandoz/Eon Labs Adderral 20MG for something like 10-15 years and it's always worked beautifully for me. However, it's become harder and harder to find in my area over the years (South Orange County, California). I called 15 pharmacies this morning and no one had it (both franchises and small mom and pop pharmacies). One pharmacy said it was "discontinued." Another one said Sandoz was bought out by another company and is no longer producing the medication. I've been told by multiple locations that "only people who already have it in stock are going to have it" and it won't be possible to order it. I understand all the negativity about adderall but I think sometimes there is too much negativity. I'm new to this and never told my story online like this before so please bare with me. I was a bad kid right off the bat. I was drinking and consuming cannabis and cigs at age 12. It just got worse from there. In high school I had a lot of connections a normal 16yr old kid should never had. I was an addict up for days and drinking at the same time. I am a Methadone patient. My clinic does random drug tests once a month. They send urine to a lab but just for the standard test and only upon false positives and other rare circumstances they have the lab extensively test (this is done rarely for the clinic is cheap, seriously). I took 30mg Adderall through the day Friday and stopped by 5:00 pm. The soonest I can be tested is this Tuesday. What is the likelihood of the results being positive? that's the positive for methamphetamine while I am prescribed adderall ## did you test positive for methamphetamine because you took adderall xr, for example? I'm wondering if this is possible because I tested positive for meth also, but I've never touched the stuff. I am prescribed Adderal and take it daily and have taken 3 drug screens without ever being asked to produce a script. I have an appt. with a new doctor on Thursday (just moved) and am going to see if we can increase my dose from 30mg ir to 30mg xr and 10mg ir for the afternoon. My previous doctor, who is now out of state, wrote me two scripts with "do not fill until" dates so I would have time to find a doctor. I just filled the last one this past week. Obviously, I will tell my new doctor this and have my records faxed to his office. If he does increase my dose/change the type, will he write me a new script for the xr's to be filled? My body doesn't take well to these instant releases anymore-literally crash everyday by noon & feel lethargic the rest of the day with all focus out the window. P.S. Corepharma adderall 30 mg is not really effective for concentration and just seems to becoming less and less effective for my add symptoms. Zero help w/ motivation. Seems to be making me even more lethargic, depressed, hopeless. I own a CrossFit gym and workout 1-2 times a day. At least one metabolic conditioning workout in addition to lifting 1-2x per day. My metabolism is high due not only to my activity but also my diet. I try to keep my diet alkaline in order to keep the meds in my system longer, but the more active I get (this uptick in activity is fairly recent) the less effective my meds are. On my next appt, I'm thinking about asking for an increase in dosage. I take 20mg ir 2x/day. What would be a reasonable request for dosage increase to a VERY conservative doc (in a conservative town, tough to find good adderall docs)? My doctor prescribed me adderall because of some of the problems that I told her I was having. She said it seems like I am experienceing adult ADD. She told me that adderall would help but she wanted to see me back in one month to see how I was doing on it. Ive taken it once or twice in my life and honestly felt so much more normal. Like I didn't lose track of anything like I normally do. I’m a female,19, 5’2, and 120 pounds. I have bad ADD, and I finally got medication for it. My insurance was not able to cover Adderall so they had to give me a generic brand labeled as just “Amphetemine Salts”. Each tablet was 5mg and they instructed me to just take 2 in the morning for now. I took 2 but I felt no difference and was slightly disappointed. The only thing I realized was that after 5 hours I would get more irritable and fatigued.
