Adderall Cor 135 20 Mg

I'm a 21 year old female adult who has recently been diagnosed with ADHD. My brother, father, and boyfriend have it so I'm pretty familiar with the topic by now, though I am definitely still learning. My boyfriend and brother both take Adderall XR, which I have tried a couple times. I have found the drug to be very beneficial for me and am more informed on how that works. I would also just like to say, that no, I'm not an addict or just trying to abuse the drug. I do have an actual, verified issue that requires medication. The first prescription I received was Straterra, which really just made me exhausted, really dizzy, and depressed. It also did nothing for my poor attention. So needless to say, I asked for something else.

I was recently just switched to Cor 135 20 mg (That's the pink one that has the "+" on one side and "cor 135" on the other. I had went it thinking that what the doctor prescribed to me was the adderall XR capsules, so I really don't know too much about the drug. I want to be informed and learn more about it, so I have a couple questions and would really appreciate the feedback:

-Mostly, I want to know how had the drug worked for you? Did you find it to be effective and as good and/or better than adderall XR?
-I know that it is dependent on the person, but how long does it usually last? I'm a 21, around 120-125lbs and very active, so idk if that would help determine it for me.
-I had heard that people take IR adderall more than once a day. How exactly does that work and is it a normal thing?
-I have also heard about taking it on an empty stomach for it to be more effective. Is that also recommended?
-Also, even while on Adderall XR, I would every now and then experience a random few minutes of anxiety or nervousness for no real reason. Is this common and would I feel the same thing on this? Is it something that persists or as your body adapts goes away? This is what I find to be the biggest drawback of ADHD medication so far, since I already have some anxiety to begin with.
-If you didn't like this drug, what would you suggest to be the most effective?

Yes, some people do need to take it more than once a day, if they aren't taking the time released XR. It really depends on the person and the severity of their condition.

Generally, most medications will work better if taken on an empty stomach, but that is also something that varies from person to person, doing so could result in nausea or vomiting in some people.

Yes, anxiety and nervousness are also typical side effects of it, as listed by the FDA, since it is a stimulant, you may also experience insomnia, weight loss and anorexia. However, side effects are usually transient and wear off after a month or so, once your body gets used to the medication.

I'm sorry, but I've never taken it, so I can't respond to those questions.
