I take generic Adderall 20 mg for narcolepsy and there is not one local pharmacy that has it in stock. I have never had this problem before. The pharmacies are saying that it's on backorder from the manufacturer. Is anyone else having problems getting their scripts filled?

just get the 25mgs if ya can and go Costco mail delivery route! =) you'll get'm a bit early and no problems cheaper if you're a member too!!! =)

I have this problem every year. I believe why they are on backorder is because the FDA or the DEA limits the amount of raw ingredients used to make the adderall. Try to get your physician to write you another script for something else that is similar.

I was getting the genetic and it doesn't work like the brand. The brand is a lot more expressive so I am back on the brand. I I live in jacksonville and Need a refill I have call at least 6 walmarts, 1 target and costco's they all say they don't have any in stock. It's crazy. This happened to me back in March 2014.

I live in the huge city of Los Angeles and none of the major pharmacies have Adderall 10mg, Adderall XR 10mg, or Adderall XR 5mg in Brand or Generic. I had to call a compounding pharmacy and have them order it for me. You would that being in a huge city would mean I could get it without jumping through hoops or having to wait a week, but that is not the case.

did ya see what i wrote??? :) 1rst of all, do you a Costco member? i LOVE the mail ordering!!! lol. Costco always has some on hand or can order for next day. ask any pharmicist what mg they DO have and have ur Dr. rewrite ur script for that! i haven't been having any issues with the 25mg Adderall and Costco says Ritlin hasn't been hard to order.
TRY a different mg n see how that works out! =) good luck!

Wow, you are lucky my friend. I've called all the major pharmacies (cvs, vons, riteaid, wallgreens, ect) and I cannot find 20mg ritalin pills. This is not good. :(....

Blue Cross of Florida isn't contracted with Walgreens although they had the 10 mg. Adderall in stock. I decided to contact BC before paying out the $88. for generic meds. BC gave me the names of several smaller pharmacies and I was able to find them at a reasonable co-pay. None of the larger chains had any aa vailable.

i just got my 1rst mail order from Costco pharmacy on line for "180" 25mgs. AND wOw! got it "5 days earrrrly"! lol =D .....TRY THEM!....! :-D

Hey all, I just refilled my 20mgs for 60 pills at the same Walgreens that I got them from last month. They seem to be back on track there, I am in the Altamonte Springs area. Good luck to everyone!!! :)

ask what mg.s they DO have and have your dr. rewrite your script. 25mg.s so far have NOT been a problem. ask for that! =) good luck!

I've checked at 15 pharmacies trying to fill a new script for 10 mg Adderall -- no luck. Any suggestions. Looking in NW Orlando area.

yes! this has happened 3 times already. Idk what to do. I take the same thing. I have to get up super early everyday and work and I feel horrible. this only started this year. never had a problem b4

well my Costco pharmacy should've ordered n got my 25mg xr's today so wish me luck when i go to work later today lol. got'm last month n they say the 25mg aren't on back order. doc also gave me 3 month supply script to mail in to the delevery program said they usually have everything. so i hope to have backup if needed. otherwise i'll have next months on time with no problems i hope

Hey Ross in Houston, it might be a drive but I got last month's RX of IR 20mgs filled at the Walgreens on N Gessner and Kempwood. After spending the day today all up and down the 290 corridor I gave them a call and they said they have it for this month as well. I have to stop by there tomorrow to pick it up.
