I take generic Adderall 20 mg for narcolepsy and there is not one local pharmacy that has it in stock. I have never had this problem before. The pharmacies are saying that it's on backorder from the manufacturer. Is anyone else having problems getting their scripts filled?

NICHOLE ~ tell your dr. ya wanna use costcos home delivery program an he should write you a 3 month script (which will say delivery only on it), then go to costco's website, pharmacy and fill out the form. you will be verified through there. you must be a costco member and or have your info at your local costco pharmacy I dont remember if ya do, (I'm an employee). I've done this 3 times already so dont listen to the comment after your last!!! TRUST ME ITS FOR REAL!!!! :) U WONT REGRET IT!

Actually, yes you can get it filled through the mail, legally... I found out my insurance uses OptumRx for our pharmacy claims, and they also offer mail delivery, free of charge. I mail mail them my Adderall script each month, they receive it and verify it is legit, and then mail it to me. It is in my mail box a few days later. Only a $5 copy, and I do send it USPS with delivery confirmation, about 5 bucks extra a month... but it saves me so much time not having to play musical pharmacies!

You can't get adderall through the mail, it's a controlled substance. Costco makes you show your ID & Costco card when getting it filled.

I dunno if your comment is for me but if it is, yes! Adderall through Costco mail order! it's awesome an I can not believe everyone here hasnt tried it instead of complaining they cant get it! I've given this info at least a couple months ago, ya'll should get on the ban wagon an just do it already! I've been doing this for the last 3 scripts of 3 months at a time an I LOVE IT!!!! NO more stressing every month!

you WILL thank me later when it comes to your door an no more running around!

Any luck finding a Pharmacy in Broward? I live in Hallandale, and all of the local places out... I use Adderall 20mg IR though, but at this point I don't care if it is generic or name brand...

Im in St. Lucie County, Florida just moved here from Martin. NO pharmacy in st lucie would fill my script I think because my doctor is from palm beach county, florida but in martin county I never had a problem at Winndixi. so I have to take the 25 minute drive to go there so they will order it for me. no other pharmacy will touch my script. for years never had a problem I don't understand why there is such fuss over it now

I live in Broward County Florida and just went to FOUR pharmacies today all said that they are out and are not able to get Adderall 30mgs (or the generic). I have a friend who is a pharmacist who says that they pick and choose who they give the Adderall rx to and who to tell that they are out (I happened to remember at 4:00 today that my rx has one pill left so I pulled back my hair and put a baseball cap on and rushed out of the house...by my usual standards I looked a mess) I thought that this might be why I was being told that they were out of Adderall and the generic? Am I the only one who is actually able to nap on Adderall? I also find myself picking fights (more when I feel bored) with my significant other...I truly feel like Adderall has saved my marriage and more importantly my sanity.

$9 bux for 180! =D yayeeee! lol. but from what members and the news say it IS the best pharmacy for prices & meds! it IS Costco yes? ;)
. . . . .Give it a try! you'll love it!!! be sure to send it in a couple weeks early though for your first time, so you'll get it on time! just mention to Dr. how hard it has been to get, he SHOULD recommend this to you, as my Dr. did! ((& also know that you'll pay 5% more for non members but still a great deal!)) let me know if ya do it ;)

Since always lol. Just go to costco.com click on pharmacy delivery program, you sill have to send in your perscription (( i use priority mail 2-3 day mail)), it'll get there an start processing in 3 days an then shipped to you at least a week b4 it's due, ((you can choose how ya want them to ship it but that med ships in 2 days)). Dr. can write it for 3 months max! i love it and would not do this any other way! NO STRESS OR RUNNING AROUND WONDERING IF & WHEN YOU'RE GONNA GET YOUR MEDS!!!! =) every new script is sent i 3 wks early so they get it to you on time!

What are you talking about? I am a Costco member in Los Angeles, and my Costco's do not have any Adderall, and since when can you get a schedule II by mail order? And how?

well at this point, whoever doesn't read the comments an take my advice, are going through a big hassle every month for NO REASON! lol. ya don't have to be a member for pharmacy, altho it's worth evey penny! you're allowed up to 3 months at one time an be "WORRYYYYYY FREEEEEEE"! =D
SO? WHAT ARE YA WAITING FOR?!? ;) lol

I work as a school nurse and all the student's on Adderall had to switch to something else as pharmacies are on back order and have been for several months

no problems an of course mine are only $9 bucks for 180/ 25mgs =) cheaper if ur a member too tho.... i'd try it you'll be so happy no running around an comes to ur door early!! why go any other way?!? =D lol
