Adderall Backorder (Page 60) (Top voted first)

I take generic Adderall 20 mg for narcolepsy and there is not one local pharmacy that has it in stock. I have never had this problem before. The pharmacies are saying that it's on backorder from the manufacturer. Is anyone else having problems getting their scripts filled?

Yeah, I know, it's a shame that people robbing pharmacies and taking advantage any way they can... And yes, I am a member of Costco. They were out. The last time they had in stock they had a different brand , I forget the brand. I am us to corepharma and Teva/Barr. And I can tell a difference between the two. Both say 20mg but the strength is diff on both. Strange. I found that 10 mg of Corepharma and 10 mg of Barr works better then 20 of either or. Very strange. :-). Yes we are close. Prob about 2 miles :-) I used to have a house in the Colony on Daniels ...How old are you?

i'm 48 =D and you? funny you should mention this cuz the strange thing about diff brands working differently is, IT IS STRANGE! lol. i know that feeling! i've always been imparshal to Teva with pain meds when i was taking'm! lol. i also like the ER's of Aderrall better but don't have a certain liked brand yet, altho Core pharma doesn't seem to stick very long in MY system. my current script is Sandoz, who i've never heard of haha. are you on the IR or ER's?

I'm in Lee County also Cape/ft Myers area, I know where to fill adderall but cash no insurance of course! I filled 90 20mg tabs for $2 each, worth not worrying about gas and running around? Perhaps.. DOES ANYONE KNOW PLACES THAT TAKE MEDICAID AND HAS/HAD IN STOCK, RECENTLY OR CURRENTLY.. THX FOR ANY INFO

Lol, I live in Bradenton and have been to 2 different Walgreens, Sam's, & Walmart . They all say there is a shortage.

I live in the Tampa area and i just got mine filled at Publix in Riverview, FL. They just got a shipment today!

Bostonian, I had the EXACT same issues with that form of Adderall. The white Octagon that crumbles. I don't even think it IS Adderall, I too couldn't find much online about it. Very strange. So happy to have the orange ones back. Best wishes!

Sharon, I actually did ask them. They said they have been getting in regular orders now and it shouldn't be an issue anymore. I guess I should have clarified that. Of course, you're right though, we all know how this has been going.... So only time will continue to tell... I just thought I would share some positive news for once on the subject LOL. :)

well my Costco pharmacy should've ordered n got my 25mg xr's today so wish me luck when i go to work later today lol. got'm last month n they say the 25mg aren't on back order. doc also gave me 3 month supply script to mail in to the delevery program said they usually have everything. so i hope to have backup if needed. otherwise i'll have next months on time with no problems i hope

I've checked at 15 pharmacies trying to fill a new script for 10 mg Adderall -- no luck. Any suggestions. Looking in NW Orlando area.

ask what mg.s they DO have and have your dr. rewrite your script. 25mg.s so far have NOT been a problem. ask for that! =) good luck!
