I have myself and my 2 children on Adderall 30mg twice aday but lost the insurance need help paying for my medication.

I have taken adderall,30 mg. 3x. Aday for several years. Be cause im older that's eighteen my insurance wont pay . My drs have sent several letters Im my behalf with out any luck. I pay cash for the which average is between 90-220 dollars a month. If don't have it my mind. Races, and i can't stay focus. And and my life is a mess.

I broke my back badly which makes it unable for me to work so I have very limited money. The adderall helps me so much cause when in pain I can't think. It's hard for me to do anything really cause I can't get my mind off the pain

I know there are still people seeking coupons or an assistance program for Adderall and I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but at this time there are none available.

Generally such things are only provided when a medication is very new and expensive, but there is a generic for Adderall that is now available on the market.

And the other issue for it not being covered is that it is not something that's considered to be a life sustaining medication.

Maybe I can help because I currently pay out of pocket ( have been for 1 year approx.). Was treated for anxiety for 4 (?) years!! Waste of time. Was diagnosed with residual ADD in 1991. Tired of no one listening to me. I just turned 50 and it's getting no easier; work 3rd shift 40 hrs., and part time during the day on call driving. Now have a 1.5 year old. Don't have a prescription yet-appointment next week.
