Dnt eat Green vegetables, it contains vitamin k.... Use of acitrom is for removing vitamin k form blood nd thinning the blood.... So dnt eat green vegis nd other things which contains vitamin k.... But also take vitamin k in very less amount othrwise more thinning of blood hve some side effects like blood in urine, headache, bleeding from anywhere in body, etc. So maintain the INR of blood....

Which diet is best when starting the tab. Acitrom 2mg & will it maintain the PT|INR level because my mom PT|INR level is not maintaining itself?

Hi, i underwent a open heartsurgery and had a St. Jude mechanical Arotic valve repllaced on july 6th 2017.Since then iam on ACitrom 3 or 4 mg daily .I have been advised to main INR between 3 to 3.5.As advised i have almost stopped intake of
greens, and other vitamin k vegetables. Still my INr is sometime 2.16 to 2.74 only

I'm taking 4mg acitrom tablets. What is the perfect diet for me because I have an acidity problem? When I eat any oily food I feel acidity. And any spicy food like fried onions or food like fried rice or veggies with onion.
