White Oval and says 44/159 ## This is an over the counter medicine called Geneced, it contains 250mgs of Acetaminophen, 250mgs of Aspirin, and 65mgs of Caffeine, a name brand for this would be Excedrin Migraine, among others. It is used to releive migraine and tension headaches. Pills marked with a 44 are manufactured by LNK International, they only make over the counter items which are sold by various stores as store brands or generics of name brand products.

This one took a bit of a hunt, but I finally found it, had to resort to the paid professional database I use to find it, there was nothing even close listed at the various free ones. Anyway, enough of that. LOL! This is Acetaminophen 325mgs and Codeine 30mgs, a generic for Tylenol with Codeine. This is a narcotic pain reliever, so it can be very addictive and dangerous if you are sensitive to it, or allergic.

I found this pill in my sons room and I am conserned about what it is. Could you please help me? This pill is oblonged shaped and is redish (bright) and the letters ETH imprinted on it. ## This contains Acetaminophen 500mgs and Caffeine 65mgs, this is Excedrin Tension Headache, that's what the ETH on the tablet stand for, so nothing to worry about, a regular over the counter item.

It is the type of allergy tablet to dull the pain, dry out the system and drain the sinuses. Typically, anything that starts with an L1 is an over the counter generic acetaminophen or tylenol, or ibuprofen or motrin. ## L 124 200 This is Cimetidine 200mgs, a generic for Tagamet. ## That's it - thanks. This is Acetaminophen 650mgs and Propoxyphene 100mgs, a generic for Darvocet. ## I FOUND THIS PILL IN A BOTTLE OF PILLS FROM THE PHARMACY PRESCRIBED TO ONE OF MY PATIENTS IT WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHERS AND WS WONDERING WHAT T IS. ## Well, as I said, a generic for Darvocet, if that is what was in the bottle, then the chance it the pharmacy ran out of one brand, and had to use another to finish filling that prescription. oblong / pill ## Are you sure it isnt M582 instead of M528? If so, then you have something called acetaminophen 500mg/hydrocodone 7.5mg. This is a controlled substance narcotic pain medication that can be very addictive. Side effects include drowsiness, euphoria, dizziness,nausea. ## Nothing I can find listed under the < 528 either. ## Good! This is acetaminophen 325mg (tylenol) and codeine 30mg. It is generic for tylenol #3 with codeine. Codeine is a schedule 3 controlled substance that is addictive and highly abused. It is used for mild to moderate pain. Side effects include marked drowsiness, euphoria, dizziness, constipation and a host of others. ## I was wrong about one thing with this medication. It does not have acetaminophen (or tylenol) in it,it only contains 30mg codeine. Sorry about that. ## LOL! Sometimes there are so many posts on one pill that I wonder who on earth lost so many or flooded the market with them?

I dont find it anywhere on the database so I would tend to agree with you. ## Yes, you are correct, is is Aceta 500mgs, this pill has come up in ID requests several times on various boards.

503 ## Do you mean WATSON 503? If so, this is 650mg acetaminophen (tylenol) and 10mg hydrocodone, (this is the strongest amount of hydrocodone used in prescription pills.) This drug is generic for Lortab, Lorcet, among others. It is a schedule 3 narcotic, highly addictive medication used for moderate pain. Side effects can include headache, euphoria, marked drowsiness, dizziness.

I found a green oblong pill that says 44-464 on one side and blank on the other in my younger sister's room. does anyone know what it is? ## i found a green oblong tablet with 44-464 in my guest bedroom after my grandson left my home. I know he has been doing some drugs, Can anyone tell me what this is? ## I cannot find out what this exact pill is, but I can tell you that those that start with the 44 are manufactured by LNK and they only make OTC products, no prescription meds. ## I have the same pills without their original box, but I believe they are some kind of OTC allergy medicine that I picked up from the Kroger pharmacy, and I'm pretty sure it contains acetaminophen. (I could be way wrong, though.)

round white pill with #44 over # 159 ## I found the pills in my closet,but the sticker with every thing written on it was torn off. ## This is the older verson of Excedrin. It has 250mg acetaminophen, 250mg aspirin, and 60mg(I think it is 60) caffeine. Newer version is an oblong pill. ## Actually, not necessarily an older version, it is just sold as Excedrin Migraine now, I just had a bottle my husband was using that had these exact pills in it, bought them at Eckerd, well it is actually the store version of Excedrin Migraine, but the same stuff. Currently, the L pills with a number have become the over the counter medications. Typicall, but not always it is some type of generic acetaminophen.
