Do you mean WATSON 503? If so, this is 650mg acetaminophen (tylenol) and 10mg hydrocodone, (this is the strongest amount of hydrocodone used in prescription pills.) This drug is generic for Lortab, Lorcet, among others. It is a schedule 3 narcotic, highly addictive medication used for moderate pain. Side effects can include headache, euphoria, marked drowsiness, dizziness.
