The doctor up my Hydrocodon from 5-500 to 7.5-500, filled script today and the 7.5 look like the 5, except the 5-500 have M357 on them & the7.5-500 have M358 on them. Is this correct? ## Thank for the non help, went to another web site and found out the script is right. M357is a 5-500 & M358 is a 7.5-500. ## Sorry, but when you are posting something for an answer on a free website, you cannot always expect an immediate answer. Also, you could always have just double checking with your pharmacy. As to the information you found, yes, that is correct, you did receive the correct pill and correct dosage. Is this correct? ## Hi Bayou1966, That is correct; the pill marked M357 is 5-500 mg, while M358 is 7.5-500 mg. They do look similar as they are both from the same manufacturer.

What is the genenic drug for synap forte? ## It is actually a combination drug with four active ingredients: Acetaminophen/Paracetamol Propoxyphene (mild narcotic) Diphenhydramine and Caffeine. It seems it would be used to treat pain, including headaches, with the Diphenhydramine included to help prevent nausea, but this is only a guess based on the ingredients. Does anyone else have more information on this? ## my mother is stays with me after she had a stroke. she's complaining of pain in her upper arms every day and sometimes can't lift her arms. it seems no pain killers is helping and would like to know if synap forte will help.

I have two pills I need to identify... White oval pill with 5113 and a V on the other side. White oblong pill with 1721 on one side and an M in a box on the other side, ## Both pills in description are an identical combination of Acetaminophen + Propoxyphene Napsylate (650 mg - 100 mg).
