What is the genenic drug for synap forte?

It is actually a combination drug with four active ingredients:

Acetaminophen/Paracetamol
Propoxyphene (mild narcotic)
Diphenhydramine and
Caffeine.

It seems it would be used to treat pain, including headaches, with the Diphenhydramine included to help prevent nausea, but this is only a guess based on the ingredients.

Does anyone else have more information on this?

my mother is stays with me after she had a stroke. she's complaining of pain in her upper arms every day and sometimes can't lift her arms. it seems no pain killers is helping and would like to know if synap forte will help.
