One of the ingredients in Bioflu is Acetaminophen and due to how harsh it can be on your liver, it should never be combined with alcohol, according to the NIH. Trying to ID a white tablet - one side has 1p 112, other is scored. ## The correct imprint actually uses the letter I rather than the number 1. So it is actually a white tablet with IP 112 inscribed on it. This is a combination pain reliever / narcotic containing Acetaminophen 500 / Hydrocodone 7.5 mg (generic for Lortab). (NDC 53746-112). I personally haven't come across any statements on how it effects you, primarily because these medications can effect each person differently, where as some people get great results from taking it, but there are others that it just doesn't work the same for. I’ve been on and off pain meds for many years. I just moved to Fort Smith, Ar and need a doctor who will prescribe me pain meds without acetaminophen. Ones like morphine, OxyContin, or dilaudid.
