Trying to ID a white tablet - one side has 1p 112, other is scored.

The correct imprint actually uses the letter I rather than the number 1. So it is actually a white tablet with IP 112 inscribed on it. This is a combination pain reliever / narcotic containing Acetaminophen 500 / Hydrocodone 7.5 mg (generic for Lortab). (NDC 53746-112). Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, nausea, dry mouth and constipation.
