Okay. So, just answer the question and no stupid answers please. Like oh no I hope you aren't thinking of doing anything or whatever. I am 120 lbs and have not taken any pain killers for over a year maybe 2. Would I still have a tolerance to it? Would taking 20 10/325 be too much? ## Yes, that would be far too much. If it's been over a year, you most likely have no tolerance left. Additionally, taking 20 of them would result in an overdose of Acetaminophen, which risks toxicity to your liver and may possibly be fatal. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. What dosage regimen has your doctor prescribed? ## Are you asking ...

White oblong pill that has L364 on it ## Hi Helen, Based on your description, the closest match I'm finding is a white oblong pill with "L374" on one side and blank on the other; the only difference being that one digit. If so, this particular pill contains a combination of Acetaminophen 250mg + Aspirin 250mg + Caffeine 65mg; An OTC med used for temporarily relieving minor aches & pain associated with headaches, migraines, toothaches, cramps, arthritis, and other similar conditions... I would like to know if these are available online, either in the UI, SA, A, or Canada..? Any information, address, telephone or ???? ## does regular strength 325mg acetaminophen have codene in it ## @Eddie, The medication you're describing (generic Fioricet) is reported to only be available via prescription - at least here in the US. This means that it would be illegal to obtain them via other means if you reside in the US. So unless you're visiting those other countries in person, you'd have to go through your doctor in order to get what you need. @themayor665 (post #1), No, Acetaminophen in and of itself does NOT contain Codeine at all. They are two different drugs. However, the medication in question (generic Fioricet) is available with Codeine "added" to the mix...

Hi, would 325mg of acetaminophen be considered a significant blood thinner..the doctor has told my husband to stop all blood thinner meds, but he didn't mention this as one of his meds to stop taking. I know acetaminophen thins blood to a degree, not as much as aspirin...should he stop taking this?? ## Hello, Jotie! How is your husband? No, Acetaminophen isn't usually included, but it would be best to double check to be sure. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

WANTING TO KNOW WHAT THIS PILL IS AND WHAT IT IS USED FOR? CAN YOU PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION? ## Hi Joann, Although I haven't found any photos to verify this specifically, someone in another thread here had claimed them to be generic Excedrin tablets, containing a combination of Acetaminophen + Caffeine + Aspirin, for headache relief. And from what I could gather myself, I believe it's being manufactured by a company called Time-Cap Labs, Inc., who makes pills with similar markings. I hope this helps to answer your question! ## This pill is an aspirin. It comes from the dollar store. It's generic for anacin, comes in a green and white bottle. I buy them all the time.

What is the max. dosage of Acetaminophen contained in Butalbital that is safe for a 70+ male in good condition take / day for migraines? ## Hello, John! How are you? The current maximum daily amount of Acetaminophen according to FDA regulations is no more than 3,000mgs. Taking too much in any 24 hour period risks liver damage, liver failure and toxic overdose, which may be fatal. What has your doctor prescribed? You shouldn't exceed the amount they instruct you to take. The typical side effects of this medication may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach upset.

this was found on a student with little language and who says its for headache. ## Hi becky, I came across information in the following discussion thread suggesting that this tablet may contain 500mgs of Acetaminophen: Discuss/500-JCL-238287.htm According to post #1 within that discussion, "JCL" apparently corresponds with a Palestinian company, which would explain why I'm not finding any specific details about the pill in standard US search engines. I hope this info helps! Does anyone else recognize the pill as being something different?

Went to a new doc who was concerned that I have been taking tramad acetaminophen 37.5/325mg and has taken me off of it. Would like to hear symptoms common to withdrawal from this drug? Thanks. ## According the FDA, Tramadol is an opioid, so the withdrawal effects from it can be similar to the one experienced from other opiates and may include nausea, diarrhea, headache, fever, chills, diarrhea and rebound pain. Did your doctor replace it with anything, or just take you off of it?

I have a script for tramad/acetamin 37.5 tab with instructions to take 1 pill every 6hrs. This is not relieving my pain. Can I take 2 every 6 hrs? ## Hello, Scorpio! How are you? No, you shouldn't double your dosage, without your doctor's approval, that may result in your getting too much of the Acetaminophen, which risks being fatally toxic, or causing liver damage. The FDA classifies this medication as an opioid, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Your doctor may actually want to prescribe something stronger, or a higher dose of Tramadol, without the Acetaminophen. Is there anything else I can help with?

Hi going thru tough benzo withdraw and wanting to know if butal/acetamin/caf codeine will be ok ## Hi Rick, Sorry to hear about the withdrawals. From what I could gather, Fioricet w/ Codeine (Butalbital + Acetaminophen + Caffeine) is marketed for use in relieving tension headaches and pain. Apparently the caffeine is what works to relieve headache pain, while butalbital and acetaminophen work together to help relieve general pain, relax muscles, as well as decrease anxiety. The codeine, I imagine, would just be an added boost to these effects. So depending on what types of symptoms you're experiencing in regards to benzo withdrawal, then it seems to me that this medication may help to alleviate those one's mentioned above in particular. I hope this helps and wish you a quick rec...

What else is in this Acetaminophen 500mg long skinny pill with the number 707 on it? It carries a National Drug Code of 5111148978. ## Hello, TGee! How are you? If it doesn't list anything else and only says Acetaminophen 500mgs, then that is most likely all that it contains. However, I'm not finding anything listed under this imprint, or this NDC code. Can you please double check them and post back? The FDA classifies Acetaminophen as an analgesic and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness and headache.
