It's the logo used by Contract Pharmacal Corp, they make various over the counter products. For example their 500mg Acetaminophen tablet, which is a generic for Tylenol, is round, white, has CPC over a score line and 546 below the score. Does this match the tablet in question? The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache. ## I'm pretty positive it's not CPC. It has a swirled design over the whole front side of the pill and a quarter scored marks on the other side.

I found a white with red speckels l484 imprint in my sons room. what is this. I know that I have found solid white ones on the internet but none with red speckels. I found a white oblong pill with the markings L484 on one side and blank on the other. A friend said it was a generic form of Vocodin, and he wanted to swallow it.
