Aceclofenac + Paracetamol For Sinusitis

My mom is suffering from sinusitis and her doctor suggested that she take Aceclofenac + Paracetamol tablets. Do those tablets cure sinusitis?

No, this is a pain reliever. It's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

The Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory and the Paracetamol treats pain and fever. They may help with some of the inflammation in her sinuses and pain, if she's suffering from any.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation.

But usually this is caused by an infection, so normally an antibiotic is also given to help treat that.
