Aceclofenac Paracetamol Use

My mom is 68 yrs old and she has constant pain in her joints for this she is taking paracetamol and aceclophenac combination for near about 6 month .is it ok to take it for lifelong or she has to better stop it as she doesn't feel good if she miss one tablet also

Very sorry about the pain your mother is suffering from.

Both Paracetamol and Aceclofenac can cause some risks, if taken regularly for long periods of time, such as increased risk of bleeding, fluid retention, congestive heart failure and liver failure.

Thus, she should consult with her doctor to see what would be safest for her to take, if she needs something on a regular and ongoing basis.
