Accidental Double Dose Of Coversyl 4 Mg

I was trying to get Tylenol out of my bag but I accidentally grabbed the Coversyl and took it. Then I realized I got the wrong packet. I took the 1st dose at 6:30 am today and the 2nd dose at 8:10. Please help. I am traveling at 11:30. Will it affect me?

In most cases, accidentally taking a double dose doesn't cause any severe issues with this class of medications, but you may experience more nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, and lower blood pressure than usual, according to NIH reports.

However, traveling could cause an issue, if you are flying, since it can elevate blood pressure, since they pressurize the cabins.
