Arthrotec contains the active ingredients Diclofenac and Misoprostol.

The Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to help treat pain and swelling, while the Misoprostol is used to help prevent the stomach damage that the NSAID can cause as a side effect.
