Located a white round pill with APO above 200 on one side and nothing on the other. This pill is Carbamazepine 200 mg, which is is an anticonvulsant and mood stabilizing drug used primarily in the treatment of epilepsy and bipolar disorder, as well as trigeminal neuralgia.
