I believe the marking you're looking at is actually TI-2. It is manufactured by Apotex and they list it as containing 2mgs of Tizanidine.

The FDA actually classifies this medication as a muscle relaxant and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
