The only difference in this Amlodipine is the manufacturer, those abbreviations on the end stand for the medication form and the company that makes it, for instance the TAMYL simply stands for Mylan Pharmaceuticals and show that it is a TAblet.

Just pharmacy abbreviations, but the exact same medication.
