I took a drug test at my doctors office and I've been taking amphetamines/dextroamphetheamine And aderal but it came up positive for methamphetamine also they sent it to the lab does this really happen or have I done methamphetamine with out my knowledge?

I am prescribed 300 mg Wellbutrin but just took a 10 mg Dexedrine (not prescribed). I have a pre-employment drug screening coming up soon (within the next week) and was wondering the following question: Knowing that Wellbutrin can cause a false positive for amphetamines in some circumstances on a standard drug test, would these amphetamines show up as the same as those in Dexedrine? Could I hypothetically avoid further (more comprehensive) testing by showing them a prescription for Wellbutrin? Additionally, would 7 to 10 days from the date of ingestion be enough to completely clear the Dexedrine from my system? This is a one time use of Dexedrine, not habitual by any means. Hello I was just wondering since Adderall can stay in your system for up to 5 days. If its possible since Adderall is a stimulant. Since stimulants make you're metabolism higher. Would there be any change at all for a person who regularly takes 40mg XR in the early morning.Then they would also take the same dose in the afternoon the XL again or maybe the regular instant. Is there again any chance that The Adderall could flush out somehow about 60mg of oxycodone on Saturday. On Sunday about 80mg through out the day. On Tuesday get a urine test at 3:30pm and the results are negative. Also results for the Amphetamine (Adderall) and Opiates also negative. Vyvanse 30mg and metadate CD 20mg for about a week.....last dose was sat the 3rd about 1130a ......no more than 1 pill a day.....could u pass a urine screen on 8th....not sure if a standard but goes to lab everytime no matter what....will cranberry help speed this process up?

These are red and black capsules. But there is no logo on the capsule at all. The bottle they were in says amphetamine salts ER 5mg cap. I look them up online, but it don't have one pic that resembles these. Can that be what they are? ## No, they are most likely just some type of over the counter product. There is a 5mg dosage of Amphetamine salts available in the U.S., so there would be no need to have them done by a compounder, which is the only way one would get them in unmarked capsules here. I was informed by one of the pharmacists at the pharmacy window at the CVS in Medford, ny that they no longer carry this medication. Is that true? They have filled my scripts in the past and have even told me a few times that they wouldn't have it in for a couple days but they never said they no longer carry it. It is odd to me because it's a common medication. Even though I am prescribed ritalin, they usually always give me the generic. So I imagine they were referring to both. Does anyone know this to be true? I have tried to search this on the Web but have only found horror stories of CVS pharmacy ' s customer service and denying meds, nothing about them saying they don't have it anymore. ## Hello, Cyndi! need to know what a pill that is used to treat the same thing as adarall and looks like a light reddish color that says 54 on one side and nothing on other and is solid and oval shaped or semi capsule shaped but solid! ## Hello, Rudster69! I believe the tablet you're referring to has the marking alza 54 on it and it is a 54mg Concerta tablet, which contains that active ingredient Methylphenidate, so yes it treats the same conditions as Adderall. I have seen my pain management doctor for years. My last urine test came back with 3069 ng ( don't know what ng is ) and they are discharging me. I DO NOT DO METHAMPHETAMINE. I do take Garcia Cambodia and Red Line dietary supplement can those make you test positive? I can't be discharged I recently had back surgery and am in a lot of pain. What can I do?

Our 17 year old is taking 54 mg of Concerta 1x a day. The past few weeks she has been/had weepy, irritable, dizzy, headaches, increased sweating, trouble sleeping and loss of appetite/nausea. She spikes with extreme anger and just seems to be much more agitated. Are these symptoms of her dose being too high? She has been on this dosage for over a year? This is very helpful. I am 24 and work full time and go to college. I have been taking vyvanse ever since its been on the market. It is amazing and sometimes a blessing but it also is a crutch. I take it during the work week for energy and focus due to ADD and it helps but I find myself needing breaks from it, it makes my heart race and makes me nervous, anxious, and different than i normally am. I worry about being on meds forever and I dont want to take ANYTHING while pregnant so I am wondering if I should stop taking within the next few months or wait til i am finished with school?
