need to know what a pill that is used to treat the same thing as adarall and looks like a light reddish color that says 54 on one side and nothing on other and is solid and oval shaped or semi capsule shaped but solid!

I believe the tablet you're referring to has the marking alza 54 on it and it is a 54mg Concerta tablet, which contains that active ingredient Methylphenidate, so yes it treats the same conditions as Adderall.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, anorexia, irritability, headache and insomnia.

Does that sound right?
