I am prescribed Adderall by my PCP. I see a psychologist also. He prescribed Vyvnase to me. I have attempted to fill the prescription for Vyvanse and the pharmacist refused. Should I find another pharmacy? I do have health insurance. and can't afford to pay cash. I am having problems with my job, and can't afford to loose it. I certainly think that I need to at least the Vyvanse to get my ADD under control. I am in Macon, Ga. I recently got my generic adderall filled from a new pharmacy. The bottle says its amphetamine 20 mg tab MAL. It has a 20 on one side of the pill with four partial scores and the other side has an M inside a box. The pill is 8 sided. The pill doesn't have the potency my previous pills have does anyone have any info on thi particular pill? ## I am having the same problem.I filled my adderall from my Pharmacist I always go to.. What foods shold I not give my child when he takes Vyvanse 40mg capsules ## Hello, Kit! How are you? The capsule with the S489 marking contains 30mgs. And I am not aware of any foods he needs to stay away from, other than stuff that may add even more stimulating effects, such as those that contain caffeine or sugar. This medication may be habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, insomnia, irritability and anorexia. Is there anything else I can help with?

Is it ok to mix adderall and percocet ## Hello, Quincy! How are you? Generally, that is not advisable, because you'd basically be mixing 2 conflicting medications. The Adderall is a stimulant and the Percocet is a narcotic that's basically a downer. This can cause bad reactions in your body, because it doesn't know which one to respond to and may go into shock. Both also carry the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?

From what you posted, it would seem that they are just made by a different manufacturer. However, I can't be sure, without knowing the imprints. I take a 50mg of Vyvanse at 6 am still struggling to keep a wake at 10:30 I take a second one at 2 I am still struggling to stay awake at 3:30. I tried 2/50 mg at 6 am still no help. ## Hello, Tommy! Not every medication works for everyone that tries it, which is why there are usually several choices in any given treatment category, thus, you may need to discuss this with your doctor and try a different medication. Can taking amoxtr-k clv 875-125 show up as amphetamine in a urine drug test. My son took Amoxtr-k clv for a sinus infection and a drug test showed up with amphetamine. We are trying to determine what would have caused this as he has taken anything except this prescription.

I'm 38 years old I wake up 6 30 every morning and chew 4-Adderall 30xr beads. Work all day by noon take 2 more along with 2 oxycontine 80's Then that's it for adderall. I come home from busting ass all day smoke a bowl and take another 2 prescribed oxy I'm worried I might have a heart attack or stroke. Yes, with that much Adderall XR, you could be in danger, it can be risky, since it increases heart rate and blood pressure. What type of doctor has prescribed that many to be taken like that? I have been on 60 mgs, adderall 2 3o's ir a DAY FOR APPROX 2 YEARS. THEY'RE NOT DOINT THE TRICK AS WELL AS THEY DID SO I ASKED MY DOC FOR AN INCREASE. HE UPPED ME TO 4 20'S 9,+20.MG A DAY. Today I took a urine test at work and it said non negative for methamphetamine. I have never used meth. I am currently taking symbicort and abuterol for asthma. They are sending it off to the lab should I be worried? I am prescribed 30mg adderall twice daily and just had to take court ordered hair test and urine test. On the urine test amphetamine was all that showed positive, but the hair test showed up positive for amphetamine and methamphetamine. How is that? ## Possibly because some ADD meds contain methylphenidate which may come up as a meth by product or you have taken a different med or done meth at some point as hair test picks up substances taken alot longer time previous than a urine or blood test? ## I have used meth before, but i have been clean for almost three years now. ## Im needing some scientific evidence or something to prove that it is a false positive. Coptagon is a serious problem here in the middle east it's allegedly banned by the World Health Org. but somehow it always seems to get in. Just this month around a million tablets were smuggled across the Saudi-Jordan borders but border control took care of that. Seeing that it contains Amphetamine maybe, and i'm no professional, it has the same effects as meth. Or maybe somehow they could use these pills to make it.

All prescription tablets in the U.S. are required to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency, thus we can actually rule this out as being one. i know one of the side effects of vyvanse is insomnia. i can't sleep at all on this stuff, usually i get four or five hours of sleep per two nights. on a good day i'll get six or seven but again, that's over the span of two nights. i take vyvanse every morning except for the weekends, and it gives me enough energy that i can function mentally as though i've gotten all the sleep i need, but my body is achy and sore, and it's starting to make me feel a bit ill. Not to mention i have trouble getting out of bed at all on the weekends when i don't take it. all i'm basically asking is this- people with 60-70mgs, if you have the same problem, how do you get to sleep? is there any way to combat the insomnia without nullifying the medicine?
