My daughter was prescribed 20 mg methylphenidate for ADD. She had a court ordered 10-panel hair follicle drug test and it came back positive for methamphetamine. The lab did not ask for and would not consider her prescribed drug. I have heard that methylphenidate will cause a drug test to be positive. Is this true?

Please anybody who is thinking about trying ice DON'T do it!!! You may think it's just going to be a one off thing, but you are wrong. i want to stop Adderall which i have been taking for 13 years because it has reached a point that it is not good. if i stop depression creeps in at variable times and lengths and very cunningly which i now can sense . is there any other substance that i can take and stop the Adderall? My husband worked at a factory for 22 1/2 yrs. A new company recently took over the drug testing of employees. He has been on Adderall for years and this was known and reported to his supervisor routinely. The company said no problem as long as you have a prescription. When he was drug tested after the new company started testing, a nurse said this was not possible and he was terminated. I have read several articles and talked to several people that say this is very possible. My problem is I need facts in writing stating this is very common. I was diagnosed with ADD and have been trying to figure out the dosage right for me, is tarrted out with taking "pill name: R 3062 5mg(and pushed that up to 20mg) so the doctor switched me to something "pill name M. Amphet salts 20mg) but that doesn't seem to work as well compared to the other pill. what are the differences in the pills that could enable me to find out what the difference is. also, I took one m. amphet and 2 R 3062 and that seemed to work the best for a short time though. I have a cps case in which my baby was taken couple of months ago due to a false positive for methamphetamine. They did a hair test on him and it came back positive for methamphetamine. They are saying I nursed him on methamphetamine. I did not! Also, the amount seemed very high. How could this happen? Help me understand, because I didn't nurse him with methamphetamine in my system. I stopped nursing him on the 29th and didn't take the drugs until the 8th or 9th. ## I want to know can a baby get methamphetamine into their system by someone who does methamphetamine by just holding the baby? Yes, this has been reported in those taking it, as listed by the FDA and NIH. Though it is more common to occur with withdrawals. It should be round, orange and have a stylized E over 401 on one side, with crosshatch scoring on the opposite. Some history: im heather, 20 yrs old and i was born with one kidney so everything i take hits me strong. And im not sure if things take longer or shorter to process with one kidney. I was previously prescribed a pin 20 mg Amphetamine Salts 20 MG pill that helped me to stay awake and focus since I have narcolepsy. Hello all, I was diagnosed with add back in 2005. My doctor at the time gave me a prescription for welbutrin(spellings probably wrong), which I don't recall it working. I never got it refilled and never went back to get something different. I started a new job last August and kept making mistakes left and right, so I went back to the doctor, a different one, to get something different. Well she put me back on the welbutrin for a month with no results. Whats the difference if any...is one better than the other. Two pharmacies in town and same price but different brands...??? ## The truth is that each individual may react or respond differently to each and every brand/generic out there. One of the reasons is because there are different binders and fillers. The other is likely due to differences within our own body chemistry, metabolism, age, weight, and a number of other personal factors. That said, finding the appropriate manufacturer may just be a game of trial and error, because even if one person responds favorably to Mallinckrodt (for example), you may respond more favorably to Wilshire. I am experiencing hair loss.
