For a 50y/o male, 5'5", 200lbs and fit to take a 30mg adderall on Saturday around 6pm and then had a random urine screen Monday at 11. Will he still show positive? He drank a lot of water from Saturday to the test time, worked out, including 20 min in the sauna. ## Sardaney, In my experience sadly I must say there is a very good chance it will show positive. I'm a 17 year old Junior in High School and I have been taking 70 mg of Vyvanse for longer than I can remember, even before 7th grade. Recently my boyfriend has been telling me it's making me depressed. I can usually tell when my medicine has worn off and one night I was acting happier than usual because of that. He told me I should just stop taking it, but my mother who's recently been very controlling tells me otherwise. Would it really be that bad to just drop it? I am taking Tone Fusion Diet pills ...I only take one daily (calls for 3 daily) I know myself I DO NOT do street drugs or take anybody else's prescriptions. ..had a UA today for a job and failed for amphetamines. ...my prescription drugs are, tramadol 50mg, trazodone 150mg, zanaflex, ibuprofen 600, naproxen 500mg, levothyroxine 50mg, effexor 300mg daily, and albuterol inhaler. I found a clear capsule with white and peach colored beads inside. I found it in my daughters pants pocket. Can someone please tell me what this is. ## Hello, Gert! How are you? Without any markings, it might be difficult to determine what this contains. We can rule it out as being a manufactured prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency. Previously was unemployed so I quit taking my adderal. Recently I have become employed again but with severe adhd I am having a hard time managing... So I have to take adderall once every day when I wake up so I can pay attention in school. My doctor said in a month I have to have a check up and take a urine test to make sure I take it and take it right. Well today they called and asked me if I take it everyday like I am suppose to and I told them yes which I do, and then she asked when was the last time I took it befor my check up and I said that morning which I did mad dad go it for me. I have ADHD and a prescription for Concerta. I have been taking the generic brand for over a year now called methylphenidate and i take it every single day. The other day at the doctor i was drug tested and it came back negative. Is there a reason why it wouldn't show in my system even though i take it every day?

Moved here 3 Years ago and I intended to keep my ADHD/Moderate Depression-medication therapy. All they have are methylphenidate formulations and Did I ask why not the other amphetamine analogues are legally authorized for medicinal purposes, are banned. Been prescribed to adderall for over a year now (16 months) I have hit this wall as I've read so many times online, at the max dose daily, (two) 30mg IR It's very frustrating, as I haven't tried to go a full day not taking it, because it's to the point where if I don't take my meds, I don't wanna do a single thing. In this world today it's almost impossible to just be a bum like that. I recently got an internet prescription fill for Adderall 30mg. It as AD on one side and -30- with a vertical line l splitting the 3 and the 0. The pills are round with beveled edges. All the markings are identical to the 'orange' 30mg that are commonly seen but mine are WHITE. Or they appear white to me. I've read that these AD 30mg pills can occasionally be 'pinkish' from one manufactuer but I don't see the 'pinkish' in mine. Does anyone else have any like these? What is the proper procedure for a urine drug test in the state of Wisconsin? CPS gave me one yesterday that no paperwork was done for. I never saw the results. A social worker left and came back 40 minutes later and said I failed for methamphetamine and she tested it two more times and was sending it to the state. I never got to tell her about my over the counter meds or prescriptions. I don't know if it's my urine being sent and she took my granddaughter. I HAVE NOT DONE ANY ILLEGAL DRUGS.

Today i tested positive for amphetamines (urine sample). I insisted they send it to the lab to be more thoroughly tested, and they did so, practically rolling their eyes at my insistence that i should have tested clean. I know i was clean. I'm breastfeeding, so they immediately sent my husband (the accuser), with our son to have him (my son) tested. He tested clean. I'm waiting for the lab results to prove my innocence, meanwhile cws is involved, and the worker is clearly doubting my credibility, even though I have passed two other tests within the last week. My concern: how do they determine what caused the positive result? I feel like they have already decided that they have caught me in a lie.
