Need Help! Very High Tolerence-adderall !???

Been prescribed to adderall for over a year now (16 months)

I have hit this wall as I've read so many times online, at the max dose daily, (two) 30mg IR

It's very frustrating, as I haven't tried to go a full day not taking it, because it's to the point where if I don't take my meds, I don't wanna do a single thing. In this world today it's almost impossible to just be a bum like that.

Stupidly now, knowing my tolerance to adderall is so extremely high, I almost feel nothing at 60 or even 90 mg anymore, i also regret at this point adding to that, by ritually taking antacid Calcium carbonate supplement (1,000mg ea.) 4 pills before my adderall dose, to increase absorption of meds as I'm also addicted to monster energy drinks which basically the acid of my stomach is always so high with two monsters a day, I'd be taking them for nothing as the acid eats away the adderall)

I mean I've just hit a wall, because knowing I've never just not taken my dose at all, & my tolerance is so high I'd probably have to dose above 100mg to 120mg for any effect, an I'm just not willing to blow through a 30 day script of 60 pills, then have more problems running out. I dunno I just need advice on what I should do, I somehow believe the only way to really feel any further effects from adderall, is really stopping for a week straight, lowering the tolerance, I get that, but actually doing it is terrible.

Read some article very interesting, having a high tolerance, then ingesting only 1mg of adderall, for about a week, tricks the brain into somehow causing dopamine overhaul, but this has dire consequences, (it's on Google)

DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY INPUT ON MY PROBLEM, it's a very bad spot to be in, I just don't know where to turn..( scared to ever approach doctor as I've read either dropping dose or entire scripts are possible) so that being said...please an thank you , whoever is reading with ANY helpful info.

I've dealt with the generic issue many times.... there's many differences with generics.

TEVA FOOTBALL does absolutely nothing but yawning cold chills, as last month I got screwed with the change prior taking what I'm back on now which is PINK COR PHARMA

But I'm well aware my tolerance is extremely high and I just need advice on the best way to really handle this....

(Without stopping for a week or more) it's very hard for me, doc screwed me bad one month as she d**** me around for 4 days until actually sending my script, fourth day and third night was awful, and I actually got energy once taking.

BUT, this might be the only way to stop for a few days. Or lower the dose to like 5mg for a week?

I mean addall is very hard to do the so called "weekend warrior" and maintain as some can, cutting back dose maybe, im not to sure
