How does everyone find the Extended Release (XR, ER) version of Adderall to work when compared to the Immediate Release (IR)? ## Adderall XR, maybe I got a bad generic but it's crap, it does not reveal in your system. I hate all XR meds they are awful. My doctor put me on reg Adderall and the quality is night and day, reg last 4 hours that's okay. I take another one, and get the same quality. The xr is weak and seems to last a shorter time than the IR. Everybody is different I know, and I'm no doctor, so take what your prescribed, and please do not abuse drugs, take it like its prescribed. It works trust me. White round pill with 198 on one side of the pill and the letter U on the other side. What is it used for? ## Hi Brenda, I came across a strikingly similar pill description and just wanted to share it with you in case yours might've been misinterpreted (not saying it was though). This particular pill I found is white round and has an imprint that's opposite to yours "n 861" if you held it upside down. It contains 10mgs of Dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride, used for treating ADHD and is a product of Gavis Pharmaceuticals. I live in manhattan and take the brand adderall not the generic. The brand made by Teva doesn't work for me. It's like taking the generic. I live on the UWS of manhattan where children abound and I feel that they don't offer anything but the Teva orange with the dp imprint. What can i do if someone in my house has been taking them? ## There's this thing called CALL THE POLICE and get a copy of the police report to give to your doctor when going to get a replacement script and one for your pharmacy when going to fill the rx. My son's dorsal was ran over by a semi-truck. The post-mortem blood levels showed lethal amounts of methamphetamine. The insurance company did not pay because of lethal amounts of methamphetamine and riding a bike they claim he was driving while impaired. After trauma to the chest and the fact he was dead and the autopsy blood was drawn 3 days after his demise, are these readings admissible?

I am trying to get SSDI and was denied. They said they found ecstasy and methamphetamine which i do not use any drugs except what is prescribed by my doctor. About a year ago i was given fenofibrate and researched that it can give false results. I can not find out how much time must go by before it is all out of one's system. I am on Zubsolv and my recent urine test showed methamphetamine. I have never done that! How is this possible? I take Zubsolv, melatonin, fish oil, vitamin D, and folic acid and I use e-cigarettes. I also ingested a packet of vitamins that I purchased at 7-11 several times around the time of the drug test. Is this actually generic Ritalin? I have looked online everywhere and since there is no other imprint I've had no luck.. Please help! ## Based on my research, there aren't any Ritalin capsules (of any dosage) that come close to this description. Where did you get the pill from? It sounds to me like an illicit, foreign, or fake tablet; for if it were real and US made, you would at least be able to Google it. However I'm not sure if other countries also make this brand of methylphenidate. Has anyone else come across this pill? ## Get a drug panel from CVS - one wth amphetamines. Add some of the powder & some luke warm water to see if it comes up as an amphetamine.

PLEASE someone help me understand this new medication my doc just put me on. Never taken Adderall before and wanting to talk to those of you who have experienced it's effects. I have been on adderall 8 years. I'm 29 2 kids. My dosage is at 60 mg. 30mg ir 2 x daily I actually took 1.5 months off it and learned just how unmanageable my adhd / add is with out it. I tried starters and Wellbutrin during that time both which had neg side effects and just got back on adderall 10/30. Corpharma 30 pink tabs are what I got. I have been EXHAUSTED lethargic headaches sad .... Weird crap. I tried taking more just to see if it was weak (up to 200mg) - all it did was made all those symptoms ALOT worse. Is it the brand ? I couldn't find my Adderall at Walmart this month. They said they had been on back order. I went to Kroger and they had no trouble filling it which made me very suspicious. Why if everyone else is on back order, why did Kroger have no trouble filling it. Well I found out. These generics, round pink made me fill like jello.
