I have recently taken a drug screening and it came back that it was positive for amphetamines so I did a conformation test and it came back dextroamphetamines which I am not taking any medication that has that in it however I am taking wellbutrin and zantac which I think can have something to do with it. ## This can be caused by the Bupropion in the Wellbutrin, so you may want to make sure they know you're taking it. But to keep from being overmedicated it would be best to talk to your dr. ## Just to clarify, Adderall already contains Dextroamphetamine within its composition of salts. So in terms of safety I don't see any reason why there would be complications with taking them both at separate times throughout the day/night since you would essentially be taking more of the same thing (and at the same 20mg dosage). The only differences I'm aware of might be found within the list of inactive ingredients (binders/fillers), which often vary from one manufacturer to another - and could potentially cause one tablet to work better or worse than the other, depending on how you respond to these chang...

Should my friend go to the emergency room? Between yesterday and the day before my friend ingested 280mg and about 140mg of vyvanse. she hasn't been to sleep for two days now, she isn't prescribed them so she doesn't take them on the daily. She still couldn't sleep last night so ita two full days shes been awake and can't really eat. So far today (its ten in the morning) she hasn't taken anymore the last time she took one (it was a full 70mg by mouth) was about six p.m. yesterday. This is gonna be pretty interesting but I'll be honest anyway - I believe my latest rx refill is fake. It does nothing but make my chest and stomach hurt and has remnants of orange capsule beads. Anybody know what any of the pills are that contain orange beads? ## Well, the first question is what medication is it SUPPOSED to be? He is 13 and was previously taking concerta (which was wonderful). He was recently switched to Adderral by his doctor. He went through puberty and his metabolism changed and caused the concerts to not be effective any longer. My child recently starting taking extended release concerta and before he could swallow it down it dissolved on the side of his mouth and he couldn't get out from the side of his mouth and check. This is the extended release concerta. Is there anything we should look out for? What can happen? Very concerned parents. ## Did you contact his doctor, or emergency services? In the future, you should do so any time you are concerned about your child and the dosage of the medication they are getting. With it possibly all dissolving in his mouth, there is a chance of his getting too much medication at once and suffering from an overdose. How is he doing? My son takes 20 mg of Adderall XR in the morning. I can't get my Adderall XR refill for 2 days. I take it as prescribed once per day. I didn't realize the script I had on hand was from over a month ago. Will I have a problem missing Sat and Sunday doses until I can get ahold of my doctor? ## I don't want to seem alarmist or cause you to worry, but it is possible that you may start to experience mild withdrawal symptoms if you are going for 2+ days without your usual dose. I was on Dexedrine basically for weight loss, I do not have ADD or anything like that. I am off of it now, can someone tell me how long it takes to completely get out of your system. I was on 10 mg for just a few months. No side effects or withdrawal. When I went to Walmart to refill my script, they gave me this generic crap. Everyday I take it, I end up regretting it. I am still scattered like a flipping crazy. It is NO GOOD, plus my stomach was upset all day and it gave me acid reflux. I am lactose intolerant and have to be gluten free, what the heck did they add to it. I recently switched from adderall xr 30mg to adderall ir 20mg because of the price of the medication. Now im in space and unproductive, moody and sleepy. Hi there, I got adderall from a friend who says he has his own prescription, but I don't know if it is actually adderall. It is 5 mg and is a white tablet with a split indent down the middle. There is no imprint on it that says '5' or 'ad', absolutely nothing. It could be any pill. He says the generic forms of many pills don't have a marking on them. Is this true?? I have somehow tested positive for amphetamine but the only drug that I touch Is marijuana. How is this possible? It was a urine test done in a hospital. ## If u take allergy pills that sometimes shows up as a false positive for amphetamines if u haven't then I don't know how it happened that's all I know ## It should occur from just marijuana.
