I was recently diagnosed with ADD I am 24 years old and have had it for years however it didn't effect my life to much until Recently. My doctor started me on Vyvanse 40 MG the first day I took it worked wonders and then the second day it didn't help at all, so the third day I took 60 Mg and still nothing, so the third Day i Tried 40 once more and had it no effects once again. So my doctor switched me to Adderall XR 30 MG once a day, I have took it in the past on occasion and it has always worked great for me; However this morning I took it at 6:45 and its is now 9:45 and I am feeling no effects; Good or Bad (no focus, no energy, nothing at all) I have also tried Concerta one day before starting the Adderall and felt absolutely nothing. I have been taking adderall as an adult for almost a year now. The first 6 months I was on AuroLife's 20mg generic as filled by CVS. Then CVS dropped my insurance carrier, so I changed to WalMart pharmacy. Walmart filled it with the same Aurolife 20mg for one month, then switched me to the pink for a month, then switched me to a white one, then was going to switch me again. After spending several hours at several pharmacies, I have made the following conclusions: 1. Most do not allow you (THE PATIENT), to request a generic of your choosing. You get what you get, so you are at the mercy of their vendor and profit margin in regards to what goes in your body. 2. Most do not, or will not, fill with name brand Adderall. I'm searching for a current list of generic Adderall manufacturers (2020). ## Hmmm, aside from calling pharmacies and finding out which brands they stock, it might be possible to stitch together some information based on a couple of different sources to get a rough idea of which companies currently manufacture generic Adderall. For example, if you search this site's NDC database for Amphetamine (one of the ingredients), it gives you a lot of results. Next to each result is a date, so if you go through the pages and look for the more current dates then that could give you an idea. Also, DailyMed has a similar list but I don't see dates unless you click on each record. my adderall prescript ran out of refills from my local primary care and his office is closed today. of course their are no refills and it ran out last week. I need a refill today but no one is open. who can help? ## I'm sorry, but since it is a controlled substance, you're not really going to find any doctor that will prescribe it, without having you as a regular patient and having access to your medical records. ## My son was on Strattera for ADHD & we had good results until a month ago. His doctor is now placing him on Foculin. I am looking for information concerning those who have been on Foculin and improvements/detriments they have found ## My daughter was recently given a perscription for Strattera and Foculin. I have a 14 y/o son and a 13 y/o daughter that are both on 54 mg of Concerta and Strattera. My daughter is doing very well, but my son is not good on his meds. ## My 5 yo son was on 54 mg of Concerta and it didn't seem to be working so the doctors put him on 30 mg or ritalin and that seems to be helping a little bit but he is still very hyper and still has a problem staying on task for longer than 15 mins, but he also has bipolar disorder. I just got my latest script for 10mg IR adderall and I am so very confused. Everyone says Sandoz is the best generic, so when I realized they were the manufacturer of this pill I was surprised. The first issue I noticed immediately upon first pill from the bottle: extremely powdery. The pill bottle sits on my dresser and does not move at all, yet there is practically a pile of powder at the bottom already. Along with that whenever I take a pill out it leaves this blue powder stain on the palm of my hand that I have to rinse off. My only guess is the filler, but this is just so odd. In desperate need of a new psychiatrist willing to continue me on 100mg Adderall IR, plus 2mg/2x daily Xanax (or Klonopin). I’m located in WA, I’ve been prescribed these meds for the past 11 years, and have always just paid psychiatrists out of pocket because I have s***ty HMO coverage. Due to unexpected deaths, retirement, and DEA interference, I have seen FIVE different docs in the past 10 years, and even though I’ve never gone out of state for Rx purposes before, I don’t know if there are any psychiatrists left in WA who meet the aforementioned criteria, and I also just want to avoid the f***ing WA PMP, because I don’t want to tell a new doctor that I was prescribed Suboxone (even though it was 4 years ago and only for 2 weeks).

I have a morphine infusion pump that releases 21.474 mg daily continuous flow plus I can give myself a bolus of 1.50 mg up to 10 x a day making my daily level release of morphine 35.886/day continuous flow. I am so tired all the time. My doctor prescribed D-amphetamine salts XR 25 mg - 2 x/day but because (i've been taking this for a few years at slowly increased doses to get where I am now) they were a generic and did not work I asked him and my insurance company approved the change, he put me on 20 MG IR 2x/day brand name by Teva. My 8 year old is on methylphenidate 27 mg (concerta) and doing very well with it, but I have had many problems with his clinic. His next appointment will be in 2 weeks, and his medication won't last! I have vyvanse 10 mg from the last time he was taking those. My question is can he take vyvanse until his appointment date? Is vyvanse similar or not? I don't know about this type of medication much ....but I don't think it's good just to stop it because the "clinic" has failed too many times to do their job! The DHS is claiming I tested positive for Amphetamines and methamphetamine on a hair test performed on July 27 2014 through omega lab. Knowing that I have not used methamphetamine since June 2013, I had a second hair test performed on August 11 2014 through another testing lab which came back negative for amphetamine and methamphetamine. I am prescribed methylphenidate 20mg and dexomethylphenidate 4mg daily. Today I picked up my 20mg x 2 daily adderall. Instead of my usual adderall made by teva brand i was given a new type that I have never had before..it's supposedly a newer generic version from Lannett pharmaceuticals. It looks just like teva accept it's a lighter shade of peach color and it doesn't have that sweet flavor. It's more chalky like..its early evening and I decided to try one two hours have gone by and still nothing. My current doctor is unfortunately in the hospital very ill which forced me to find a new doctor to refill my Vyvanse and let me tell ya...... it's been extremely difficult and still have had no luck. Let me just tell y'all what one Doctor told me when I informed her I needed my Vyvanse filled..... She informed me instead, that this is a touchy subject for her on a personal level, as her son is addicted to Crystal Meth and compared Vyvanse to Crystal Meth. Is 72 hours long enough to test clean for methamphetamines? I took it Saturday morning and have a urinalysis on Tuesday afternoon. ## I have been locked up 2 years been clean from drugs. I used Methamphetamine Wednesday @ 9pm and had to take a UA Friday @ 4pm. I sweat alot at work and drink lots of water. Do you think I passed?
