I found this in my son's room. It is a orange and white capsule that says mrp 104 for 30 mg ## I believe I found the capsule in description to be Vyvanse. I was unable to retrieve a photo of the capsule, however information I have gathered states the same number and colors referring back to a Vyvanse capsule. Vyvanse is an extended-release formulation of D-Amphetamine. I believe that it's generic name is Lisdexamfetamine; consisting of the essential amino acid L-lysine and Amphetamine. Methylphenidate is a commonly prescribed psychostimulant and is indicated in the treatment of ADHD (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and Narcolepsy, although off-label uses include treating lethargy, depression, neural insult and obesity. Methylphenidate is noted as a drug of abuse, due to it's cocaine-like effects and addiction. It's potency should not be ignored. Hello, I am on adderall XR for adult ADHD and fatigue due to fibromyalgia and RSD and COmplex regional pain syndrome....how does it compare in strength for fatigue concentration compare to Vyvanse as Vyvanse is the prodrug of D-amphetimine& a single enantimoer vs mixed such as adderall? thank you very much for any feedback! ## Vyvanse is roughly 1/3 as strong as Adderall so 30-40mg is about equal 10mg Adderall. Vyvanse is perhaps gentler and smoother than Adderall. Best, David

On the back side number 110 is printed ## If I knew the answer to your guideline questions, my question would be answered. ## That pill is a 110mg Ritalin Pill. Taken by kids and adults who have ADHD. It is legal is you have a prescription because it is an over the counter drug. If the person taking the pill does not have that condition, then it is mainly taken to have more focus and concentrate. Usually taken by high school and college teens to have a studying edge.

My son doesn't take any medicine and I found this in his room. ## This tablet contains 54mgs of Methylphenidate, a generic for Concerta, which is primarily used in the treatment of ADHD. It is a stimulant and can be dangerous if used improperly or abused. Before freaking on your son, though, it is possible that one of his friends is on it and just dropped a pill? ## Also, if you only found one I wouldn't be TOO worried. One isn't enough to put him in danger, although talking to him about it is probably wise. Staying calm though is the best way to get the truth from him.
