Found a little blue pill in my house. It is double scored and round. On the flip side is imprinted 130 COL. white/blue tinge tablet with 110 on one side and MP10 on the other? ## It has been reported as possibly being 10mgs of Methylphenidate, from Canada, used to treat ADHD and Narcolepsy, but we have been unable to confirm this. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## I am a resident of Canada and can confirm that yes in fact there are methylphenidate pills made and perscribed with the above description.

capsule shape does not pull apart half light brown half dark brown length wise with dark brown thick fluid inside when cut open ## if it looks like that stuff guini pigs eat... its ritalin.. extended release.. methylphedite or however spelled.. ## Are there any markings on it? The name brand Ritalin LA that would meet that description has clear markings on it, they are NVR R40. It is also not a liquid.

orange round pill 15 with a line through the center other side 777 6 ## What is it, it never tells you! ## What you are taking for a 6 is actually a lower case B, this tablet contains 15mgs of Mixed Amphetamine Salts, it is a generic for Adderall, used to treat ADHD. ## the pill should be adderall. i'm on it and misplaced my perscribtion, and a friend who is also on it offered me hers. mine comes in capsuls, hers are pills like that. they're both orange. ## levorphanol shortage ## It is definetely a Adderall 15mg. I have been precribed adderall for several years now and am familiar will all the miligrams,shapes and sizes whether it be the XR or the tablets as my dose has been adjusted to my need for taking it.

who makes a amphetamine salts tablet that is white,round and about the size of a dime?unsure of mgs.-perhaps 20 mgs. ## There are several generics on the market that meet this description, so I can't tell you who the manufacturer is, without knowing the markings on the tablet in question. Can you please post back with this information?

How long does Methylin remain in your system? ## I take Methylin 10mg tab low dose 1 tab and a half of a pill as well 3 times per day. I am prescribed to this med and along with others, with curiousity of as to how long it stays in my system if I was to stop these meds immediately? How will I know when my system is clean from my methylin pills if I stopped tomorrow to start my new medication i'm prescribed to, so I know the full effect I will get from my new med? Thank you,

i was just precribed this drug, my pill, capcile, is the peach color but the markings aren't what this site says it should have. my pills have ' M amphet salts' on the top half and '20mg' on the bottem half. tha discription here on this sight says it should have 'b/937' on one side and ' 2:20' on the other side. i start this tomarrow and would like to be sure they are the right pill. your input would be very much appreciated. thank you. ## The marking you read about is just one example of the generic for Adderall, which contains mixed amphetamine salts, there are many generics on the market and they all have different markings. I have a small round white pill marked with a capital M on one side and 20 on the reverse. Please identify. ## I located the round white pill in description to be a 20 mg Methylin (Methylphenidate) tablet. Son Takes 10 instant release mg in a.m. then crashes and very unhappy at two pm. Give him another five and works well till bedtime or sometimes up all night. Also script say amphetamine salts instead of Adderall M.D. ordered. ## Have you talked to his doctor about the problem? He may need a dosage adjustment, or a switch to the regular or time release formulation of the medication. And Amphetamine salts are the active ingredients in Adderall, so that is just the generic for it. It may cause some other side effects, such as nausea, irritability, anorexia and insomnia.

## Based on your description, I located the pill to be a 5 mg Methylphenidate HCL tablet. Note that the full marking on this pill is 5882 DAN on one side with a number 5 on the other. What is happening with the production of methylin? ## I am not sure, but there have been other posts about people having a problem getting it, so there seems to be a shortage in some areas. It contains the active ingredient Methylphenidate, which is available under several other brand names, as well as a generic. Have you tried asking your pharmacy or doctor about using an alternative? ## Here in California Costco, CVS, Riteaid and Perscription Solutions have had Methylin on back order since late March. According to pharmacy operators a federal order has temporarily shut down distribution of this drug and many other drugs including pain relievers. I am surprised this has not appeared more prominently in the major media outlets. .

My daughter is on this medication and currently does not have insurance for the next two months. I was hoping to contact the manufacture so I can see if she can get it at no cost until her new job insurance kicks in. This months RX was $175 and we can not afford to pay this high out of pocket cost for this medication. Any advice on how we can get this RX at no cost for the next two months would be appreciated.
